A Message from the Board of Directors

Many of you reading this can remember your time at a camp, not just as a place where you remember friends and fun, but a place where you made a purposeful decision to follow Jesus.  There are countless stories of how camp has positively impacted the lives of people. 

This is what we strive for at Camp Joy.  It is a place where we gather to enjoy God’s creation, develop friendships, have a ton of fun, and most importantly be drawn closer to Jesus.  We believe God uses camps to give kids a moment where they can feel His tangible love.  Here at Camp Joy, we try to give kids as many of those moments as we can. 

This is also why our staff came to camp as campers, and now continue to come as staff to give students these experiences.  Many give up their opportunity to make money with a summer job so they can come alongside kids and help them have a camp experience they will forever remember as the time when they met Jesus.  We would love for you to partner with us in this goal, to positively impact kids for the kingdom of God.

Partner in Prayer

• Campers and Staff will experience Jesus in a very real and tangible way

• Safety and protection for all staff and campers

• The hearts of campers would be softened and prepared for what God wants to teach them
